If a teacher has left the school, then they should no longer have access to the school’s data and pupil information.
How to Deactivate a User
This is done in User Management.
You will need to click on the edit icon for the relevant teacher.
You will then need to go to section 5, “Select Status” and switch it from Active to Inactive.
Once the teacher has been set to inactive, you will need to press save to confirm the changes. After this, the user will not be able to log in.
