Pupil Target Data


In order to export pupil target data to excel, you need to first generate the table in pupil tracking and then 
display the correct target. The 
displaying targets in tables help page provides guidance on how to do this. Once you have generated your pupil table, you should click the 'Export to Excel' button in the middle panel and follow the instructions on the Exporting pupil data to Excel page.

In Excel, the triangles and diamonds used to show whether pupils are on, below, or above track will not be visible but instead the cells will be colour coded to show this information. Red represents 'below target', Yellow represents 'on target' and Green represents 'above target'. You can use the sorting and filtering buttons at the top of each column to re-organise the data. Group Target Data


In order to export group target data to excel, you need to first generate the table in group tracking and then display the correct target. The 
displaying targets in tables help page provides guidance on how to do this. Once you have generated your pupil table, you should click the 'Export to Excel' button in the middle panel and follow the instructions on the Exporting group data to Excel page. You can choose to include an 'On Track' table and/or an 'On Track' spread graph.
